Berries – Addicted to CAS Blog Challenge

I’m back today play with the rest of the Addicted to CAS Design Team. Our code word this week is BERRIES.

I had a few ideas buzzing about in my head but I landed on using the Perennial Birthday stamp set that has some cute little leaves and berries to make this super simple but sweet card.

Perpetual Calendar from Stampin' Up! created by Carolyn Bennie Australian Stampin' Up! Demonstrator

I’ve used my largest circle punch which is 2 1/4″ and stamped the images around the outer edge, using  Blackberry Bliss, Mint Macaron and Shaded Spruce inkpads. I then took my Watercolor Pencils and added some extra blue berries.

I wanted to define the circle a little more so I used the Watercolor Pencil to lightly colour the edge of the circle and smudged it with my Aquapainter.

This card front is only 10.5cm’s 10.5cms, so it’s more of a note card. But what a cutie to put on top of a gift. You could make a big bunch of these to have on hand.

Make sure you go have a look-see at what the rest of the Addicted to CAS Design Team have made.  Guest Designer – AsaJ has made a stunning card – well worth checking out and giving some comment love too.

Carolyn’s Host Code Club is a VERY special additional reward for any of my Online Customers here in Australia, who place an order ‘over’ $50 and ‘under’ $250. Read all about it HERE and note the current host code below.

Remember the Bonus Days are happening this month! For every $90 you spend you receive a $9 voucher to use next month. Nice one Stampin’ Up!
