Fresh Fruit – Harvest time with ADTCAS

Stampin' Up! Fresh Fruit - Australian Stampin' Up! Demonstrator Carolyn Bennie

The Fresh Fruit stamp set from the Stampin’ Up! 2016/17 Annual catalogue was a bit of a sleeper for me. I didn’t see the full possibilities with it until I started inking it up – and then I fell for it …. hard.

It was the perfect stamp set for the Addicted to CAS Blog Challenge this week. Our code word was harvest and a bounty of fruit was a great fit.

I’ve had a little sneak peak at what the other Design Team have been made and it’s been a really fun challenge all around for inspiration.

Fresh Fruit has a really rustic feel. The stamped image doesn’t stamp solid, so it gives has a water coloured country feel to any project.

This stamp set has 24 stamps in the set and is a two step set. Two step stamping means you have an outline and a solid stamp. I’ve just used the solid stamp on this card but you can imagine this card with a black outline around the fruit? Gives you even more options for creativity.
