All you need is Love ….. well and food, shelter and a few other bare essentials BUT for the purpose of this post we’ll just stick with ‘All you need is LOVE!’. 😉
Hello peeps!!! Welcome to the Grand Vacation Achievers Blog Hop for January!! What is the Grand Vacation Blog Hop? Well, it’s a tour of a group of Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators blogs, all of which have earned the Stampin’ Up! 7 day Mediterranean Cruise for themselves and a guest. How cool right??
I’m ridiculously excited to have achieved this trip all thanks to my beautiful customers and team’s support. It’s been a huge goal of mine and Chris and I are beside ourselves to be heading to Barcelona in a few months time. Seriously I’m still pinching myself.
You may just be starting the blog hop here at my blog – carolynbennie.com or may have come from the person previous to me in the list. If you get off track at any time, the full lineup below will help you move along from blog to blog so you see all the projects. At the moment you are visiting me Carolyn Bennie from Adelaide South Australia. *wave*
The theme for this blog Hop was ‘All you need is Love’. The card I’d like to share with you today I think really depicts that idea. It’s super simple and I’m a massive fan of pure white cards.
I’ve been inspired by the amazing talented Debbie Hughes over at Lime Doodle Designs. Love Debbie’s work and when I found this card on Pinterest it got my creative thoughts charged and I ended up with my creation. I just loved being inspired this way.
If you haven’t seen the Botanical Builder Framelits Dies ….. then can I just warn you now… you are about to fall in love. They are a whole lot of awesome. Here I’ve used this super fun edgelit die to give so much visual impact to this card.
The bottom layer of the card has been embossed by the Woodgrain Embossing Folder. Texture to the extreme.
The sentiment of ‘Love’ is from the stamp set Hello Life in the Annual Stampin’ Up! Catalogue. I’ve heat embossed it in with silver Embossing Powder and set it with my Heat Gun.
Here is the full list of all tools I’ve used for this card. If you’d like to purchase any of the items, simply click on the picture to take you to my Online Shop:
Call to Action Peeps. I need to know. Leave a comment for me to tell me what you think:
- What is your favourite card of love? Valentines, weddings, engagements?
- Have you ever thought of a white card of love? Would you do one in the future??
I’m so excited that you’ve popped by to my blog. I hope you come back again really soon. I just love meeting you all – so make sure you say hi and tell me where you’re from.
Have a fab day.
