Perfect Mix… Hot tip Video

Hey, Happy Monday Stampers!

Today I wanted to share with you a bunch of retro and bright cards. I love these cards so much. Totally my thing.

To be honest.. I’m not really a baker. I like to EAT the baking but my husband is the real baker in our family. He loves it. I think he got his love of baking from his mum Janet. Janet is a really good cook and that’s who I thought I’d be sending one of these cards to now their done.

Perfect Mix is a stamp set I was drawn to because it has a really 1950’s feel about it. I’m a true lover of the 40’s and 50’s – it must have been all those old musicals I watched when I was a kid.

I’ve used the Cupcakes & Carousels Designer Series Paper Stack as my starting point to help pick out the colours I used in the rest of the cards. The Cupcakes & Carousels Designer Series Paper Stack might just be my all-time favourite stack. It’s just a dream to create with.

I’ve coloured the stamped images with our Watercolor Pencils and I even stamped the insides of the cards and the envelopes straight away as well… watch this Hot Tip for the Lazy Stamper video for the info…
